Am very happy to inform you that the MHCD Primary School (Dietsch Academy) Sange is progressing well. We realized that the whole village of Sange is motivated and the guardians and parents are bringing their children to come to learn at school which is very for village development.

The positive impact and testimonies from the students who have already finished helped a lot to convince the guardians and parents that education is the key to development and the only thing to reduce poverty and hunger. When they saw them living a good life, they asked many questions and they told them that the knowledge they received from the Dietsch Academy Sange opened doors for them and helped them to be self reliant.

The only challenges we realized this year are that there are more boys than girls. We shall be doing more sensitization so that we can increase the numbers of girls at the school.
The other thing I would like to inform you about is that we added class 7 and 8 to the school. Before, we only had classes 1 to 6 primary school and nursery school but the DRC government have changed the educational program, requiring that before the students join training centres , colleges or continue with secondary school education, they must go through another 2 years ( class 7 and 8) and at the end , do a national examination. After that he/she can continue with secondary school section/department or join training centres. This is why we have added those two classes to give them chances of joining training centres or colleges without problems or complications.

This year we had more than 350 students, last week they did a primary school National examination and we had 47 students who did the national exams to join secondary school. The good news is that they will be joining classes 7 and 8 at our school, after that they will do another exam to continue with the secondary school section/training like IT, Agriculture, Education, mathematics, physics, nursing diploma level, etc.
Thank you so much for supporting Sange village with education.

We really thank Nathan Dietsch for supporting the MHCD Primary School (Dietsch Academy) in Sange village.
Through your support we managed to reduce poverty, food insecurity, and malnutrition in many families. Most of the students who finished at our school are independent and live a good life, they are self employed and helping their siblings and families. You really make a difference and bring impact in many vulnerable children.
Once again many thanks for your support, care and love and May God bless you.
